Wildrose Triathlon Training Program
This program is a complete 20 week training program in preparation for the 2019 race season. The program is developed to allow for a safe progression with fitness and skills for the Wildrose Tri-it or Sprint distance triathlon June 22nd. Previous participants have said that this training program is the very best way to prepare for your first race. Over 50 athletes have trained with Triathlete Within for their very first triathlon so you can be assured you are in good hands.
The Race:
The Wildrose triathlon is the chosen race for this program. As it is early season you can use your skills and fitness for other races later in the season. It is a pool swim so is a safe, comfortable introductory race. Also, it is a very inclusive and welcoming race for first timers. The crew at Tri-it will ensure this is a successful race for you. If this particular race is not in your plans the training program can be used for any early season race of your choice!
Registration and race details can be found at http://www.wildrosetriathlon.ca/index.php/event-details
