Bike - Winter 2022
Whether you are training for triathlons or long distance cycling events such as GranFondo or the Ride to Conquer Cancer, come join us.
Indoor bike classes are tremendous for fitness with good tunes, good people, and good hard work. These are no drop rides! Everyone can ride at their own pace but you will certainly be challenged. Each class will include a warm up and cool down with the main set having a variety of aerobic, tempo and high intensity intervals. Participants will need to bring their own bike and stationary trainer (with appropriate trainer skewer). Heart rate monitors are highly recommended but not mandatory. Workouts will be geared to the use of POWER. Having a power meter is encouraged but not required.
We will be offering 5 rides per week via Zoom. Classes will lead by Jill, Chris or Kari.

Note: For those who cannot commit to a full session of scheduled weekday bike classes you can purchase a 10 X punch card for $135 and attend any online Zoom bike classes as a Drop In. Otherwise Drop Ins are $15.

ATA Membership:
All athletes are required to have a current Triathlon Alberta membership. This is for insurance purposes, but also allows you to race in any ATA sanctioned race in the province (https://www.triathlonalberta.ca).
