Bike - Fall 2025

Indoor bike classes are tremendous for maintaining off season fitness. Virtual classes are led by experienced coaches allowing you to get a great workout with friends, all without leaving your home.  

Each online class will include a warm up and cool down with the main sets having a variety of tempo and high intensity intervals. The workouts are lead by the coach and you are encouraged to challenge yourself throughout the various intervals.


Heart rate monitors are highly recommended but not mandatory. Workouts will be geared to the use of POWER. Having a power meter is encouraged but not required.

TW BIKE:
Tuesday Evening - 
High Intensity Interval Training, Tempo, Endurance (coached by Jill and Chris)
Venue: Online via Zoom
Dates: Tuesdays, October 14 to December 16, 2025 (no class December 9 but a recorded workout will be supplied)
Time: 6:00 - 7:00 PM
Fee: $160 (incl GST) - 10 weeks. Drop Ins are welcome!
