Run & Strength Program - Fall 2019:
The beauty of running on a track is that you eliminate all external factors. It's just you, your runners and your watch. These workouts at the track at Mount Royal University will include a comprehensive warm up, some technical drills and speed intervals. The 60 minute track session is followed by 30 minutes of specific strength work lead by Personal Trainer Kari Gregory.
RUN AND STRENGTH:
Registrants are recommended to have a good base of running including some tempo and speed work before joining this session. This is a tremendous program if you want to become faster or simply more efficient in your running. You will benefit from specific speed work on the track, strength work and some video analysis of your running form.
Venue: MRU Track and Multi Purpose Room
Dates: Thursdays - October 17 to December 19, 2019
Time: 7:00pm to 8:45pm
Fees: $225 (incl GST) - 10 weeks
Drop Ins are welcome - $25 per session

ATA Membership:
All athletes are required to have a current Triathlon Alberta membership. This is for insurance purposes, but also allows you to race in any ATA sanctioned race in the province (www.triathlon.ab.ca).
