CYCLING: We offer indoor spin classes during the fall and winter months. In the spring we lead group rides in the evenings from various locations in the city. Rides leave from the Bearspaw area in the NW and from the SW near Westhills. Locations and departure times are listed on our Facebook page.
SWIMMING: We offer swim classes at Mount Royal University Pool. These classes are designed for swimmers who are working on improving their freestyle skills and swim fitness. In the summer months, open water swim clinics are offered at Quarry Lake in Canmore.
RUNNING: Running programs are conducted on your own, with guidance on time, distance and pace provided by the coaches depending on your goals.
ATA MEMBERSHIP: All athletes are required to have a current ATA membership to participate in all coached classes. This is for insurance purposes and supports our growing sport. We encourage you to sign up as Triathlete Within club members (on the drop down menu) when signing up for the ATA membership at www.triathlon.ab.ca.
